How to Verify

  1. Visit the relevant development authority's illegal-schemes portal (CDA, RDA, LDA, SBCA)
  2. Search for the housing society by name in BOTH the approved and illegal lists
  3. Verify the NOC number matches official records on the authority's portal
  4. Check for any active NAB / FIA enforcement notices against the developer
  5. Request the approved layout plan (LOP) and verify it with the authority
  6. Confirm land title documents through the revenue department / LRMIS portal
  7. For the Apna Ghar scheme, only use *.gov.pk or participating-bank domains listed on sbp.org.pk
