Frequently asked questions
What is My Money Year?
It's a Spotify-Wrapped-style recap of everything you did on Pakistani Investor this year — the virtual trades you placed on the paper-trading simulator, your best trading week, academy steps and chapters you finished, your PSX Ticker daily-game streak, and the achievements you unlocked — turned into a tappable, shareable card sequence.
Where does the data come from — is any of it sent to a server?
Nothing is sent anywhere. Your recap is assembled in your browser from data already saved on your own device (localStorage). There is no login and no account. If you clear your browser data or use a different device, the recap starts fresh.
I'm new here — will I see anything?
Yes. If you haven't done much yet, My Money Year shows a short 'start your money year' sequence that points you to the 2-minute investor quiz and the free tools, instead of a wall of zeros. Come back after you've traded, learned or played and it fills up.
Can I share it?
Every recap ends on a share card you can send to WhatsApp or any app, or just screenshot. It carries only the headline numbers you see — never your holdings, trades or any personal detail.
Note: My Money Year is an educational recap built from your local practice data (paper trades, learning progress, game streaks). It is not a statement of real holdings or performance, and nothing here is investment advice.
